"I had a great experience at Resilient Physiotherapy with my physiotherapist, Meet Makda. I came in with an injury and severe tightness in the muscles around my left elbow, and after just two sessions, l've already started noticing a real improvement in my recovery. Meet is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to understand my problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Definitely one of the best physiotherapy experiences I've had in Guelph. Highly recommended!"

"Worked with Priyesha to resolve a chronic shoulder pain issue and she was amazing! Very thorough assessment and great communication throughout the process, and she's done a lot to set me up to manage my issues moving forward. She's also just such a lovely person to work with! Also had a session with Jagravi for dry needling and she made the process so easy and was very helpful with my treatment. Every staff member I've interacted with have been lovely!"

"I highly recommend Priyesha for physiotherapy. When I first started treatment for a rotator cuff injury, I had significant pain and very limited range of motion in my shoulder. Priyesha was knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly effective in her approach. "Absolutely fantastic team here at Resilient Physiotherapy. After my massive car accident, I went to a few different different clinics but they never seemed to really tackle my problem areas. Meet has done wonders in targeted therapies, specifically dry needling, and has always listened to what is hurting me and adjusted our session to accommodate that. It never feels like I get sent home to do exercises alone, it feels like I truly get treated every time I go in. The place is also very clean and the staff are lovely. "I came to see Meet for help with my TMJ. My jaw was so bad I was only eating soup and smoothies! I was even considering dental surgery. Meet and his team were amazing. "I had piriformis syndrom and possible nerve damage in my back, I am 32 years old and I had to use a cane because my leg/lower back was in so much pain I couldnt stand/walk by myself, coughing and sneezing brought me to the ground and I would be holding back tears. I had a referral and looked into Resilient Therapy and because of the reviews I went here. The reviews do not lie. Everyone working here is an absolute delight, always kind. Jag was my physio therapist and she explained everything very clearly and helped me get back to walking,bending,lifting without severe pain. During my assessment there were multiples times that Meet asked me if I experienced certain types of pain and symptoms and in certain locations just based on what he was feeling and observing. He was so knowledgeable and was able to also show me with graphics that explained things that I have been feeling but was having trouble articulating. After my first treatment of dry needling and physio I could not believe the difference. It truly was the first time I was hopeful that I could have a better quality of life with less pain and more mobility. "I have had a severe pinched nerve in my arm that has resulted in pain migrating into my shoulder and chest from compromising. I have had this pain for over 6 months and have tried many options to help it (massage, acupuncture, stretching, strength exercises and cupping) I then came to Resilient Physiotherapy and was introduced to the RPT Meet. He is very diligent in trying to understand what was happing with my arm. He then told me about dry needling and how this treatment can really get deep into an area to provide relieve. After 2 treatments in the span of 1 week the pinched nerve pain is 90% gone. "Went in to see Meet with shoulder pain in my rotator cuff as well as a very tight calf. He recommended a treatment called Dry needling, which is like deep muscle acupuncture. He explained every step along the way and why he was doing it. Within 6 sessions I have gained substantial mobility as well as no more discomfort. Great experience and very friendly staff"

"Meet was great, has a lot of experience and very knowledgeable. I had bicepetal tendinitis, I saw results after just one appointment and was at about 90 percent after 4 appointments. I feel like I'm 100 percent now only 2 weeks after my last session. He even picked up another part of my shoulder that had problems, booked me for a couple more appointments and has resolved that issue as well. The staff is great, very friendly. I will only use Resilient Physiotherapy from here on out."
