"I found Resilient physiotherapy on line and chose it based on the amazing reviews. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in by Karen and Meet. Karen is warm and friendly and very accommodating with booking appointments! Meet is simply the best! He is professional and very knowledgeable but also warm, kind, caring and compassionate! Right away you feel like you’re in good hands! And you are! He made the pain go away! I highly recommend him and his team! Thank you!"

"I contacted Meet a month ago when I was seeking help for my sciatic nerve which was causing severe pain in my glute while walking. After the evaluation he told me that it's not a sciatic nerve issue but a trigger points. A month of treatments has helped me enough that I could walk again with no pain. "Went in to see Meet with shoulder pain in my rotator cuff as well as a very tight calf. He recommended a treatment called Dry needling, which is like deep muscle acupuncture. He explained every step along the way and why he was doing it. Within 6 sessions I have gained substantial mobility as well as no more discomfort. Great experience and very friendly staff"

"Meet was great, has a lot of experience and very knowledgeable. I had bicepetal tendinitis, I saw results after just one appointment and was at about 90 percent after 4 appointments. I feel like I'm 100 percent now only 2 weeks after my last session. He even picked up another part of my shoulder that had problems, booked me for a couple more appointments and has resolved that issue as well. The staff is great, very friendly. I will only use Resilient Physiotherapy from here on out."
