Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Priyesha Ramteke is a dedicated Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a passion for empowering her patients to achieve optimal physical wellness. With a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India, Priyesha has honed her expertise in the intricate dynamics of the human body.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, Priyesha has pursued specialized training in various areas of physiotherapy. Her extensive skill set includes proficiency in Kinesiology Taping, Pelvic Physiotherapy, Concussion Rehabilitation, and Movement with Mobilizations.

In her practice, Priyesha employs a holistic approach, combining evidence-based techniques with personalized care to address each patient's unique needs. Whether guiding individuals through pelvic health concerns or assisting with musculoskeletal conditions, she prioritizes comprehensive assessment, tailored treatment plans, and ongoing support to foster healing and recovery.

Meet Makda
Registered Physiotherapist

Meet Makda is a registered physiotherapist who graduated in 2016. His "why" behind working as a physiotherapist is that he loves to see his patients achieve their rehab goals. This keeps him motivated every day to put his 100% into every patient interaction. He has remarkable experience in successfully treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

Meet continues to challenge himself academically, and therefore he has done advanced courses like dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, IASTM, and Kinesiology Taping. He is also a one of the clinical instructors at McMaster Physiotherapy department. In his free time, Meet likes to watch basketball and he loves to swim.


Karen Donaldson
Patient Coordinator

Karen has over 12 years of Office Management and Administrative experience working in multidisciplinary clinics and enjoys the collaboration working along side Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, and Massage therapist. During her time working in the multidisciplinary field, in 2012, Karen went on to receive her Diploma as a Holistic Registered Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

Karen is happy to join Resilient Physiotherapy and her passion for wanting to be apart of patient's positive experience is what she will enjoy the most working at Resilient Physiotherapy. From the moment patients walk into the clinic, Karen will make sure to greet everyone with a pleasant and welcoming smile. Karen enjoys movie, game night, cooking, and outdoor activities with her family.


Dr. Shivinder Oberoi
D.C., B.Sc (Kin).
Chiropractor

Dr. Shivinder Oberoi is a graduate from the Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario (2018). He attended Sir Allan MacNab Secondary school after which he completed his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (B.Sc.) with honours at McMaster University. His interest in healthcare and helping those around him drove him to pursue a degree in Chiropractic.

Living in Hamilton since he was a child and practicing in Guelph, Kitchener, Barrie, St. Catharines and Hamilton, he has decided to come to Oakville in in order to help the community enjoy a healthy, high quality of life by providing alternative, drug-less, hands on treatment that is focused on patient-centered care.

Dr. Oberoi's treats various musculoskeletal injuries (bones, joints, muscles and nerves), concussions, sprains, strains, tears, pre and post operation rehabilitation and more! He does so involving spinal manipulations ("adjustments"), joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, education, re-assurance, and especially rehabilitative exercises. Dr Oberoi welcomes all patients, whether you are a stuck sitting all fay for work, taking care of a family, working various active/hectic jobs, athletes, aspiring to get more active or make lifestyle changes, deal with a new or chronic injury or all of the above!

Dr. Oberoi has a very strong passion for Basketball, whether it be the NBA, Toronto Raptors, or playing in various leagues (Hamilton Basketball Association, North of the Border Basketball League, Hamilton Muslim Basketball Association & Basketball World Toronto). He has also coached teams in the Hamilton Basketball Association and hopes to continue doing so. Aside from basketball, Dr. Oberoi's other interests include working out, cooking and staying up to date on the latest TV shows/movies/anime.


Shivaashni Singh
Massage Therapist

Shivaashni is originally from the Fiji Islands and moved to Canada in 2007. After graduating high school, she moved to New Zealand and completed her Diploma in Advanced Aesthetics and Laser.

In 2017, She graduated with a Massage Therapy Diploma from the National Institute and started working as an RMT. She specializes in Musculoskeletal Massage, Relaxation Massage, Pre and Post-natal Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Pediatric Massage.

In her free time, she likes to read, listen to music, and travel with her family.
